Last time I went to Target was a couple years ago. I asked an employee if they had any dart boards and she didn't know what I meant. I'm not kidding. I repeated my question and she replied, "what's dat?"
You found an employee in a target that responded to you. Consider yourself lucky. If you want to actually find something, probably google it.
Same thing happens at Walmart. Wander around a cavern forever looking for someone to show me where the charcoal chimneys are hidden while the POC staff scurry away from me until I corner one and she finds out where they are by looking at her dumbass phone..
