I was actually thinking they WERE in fact the same person. I don't remember the guy's handle, but I thought it had 420 in it too.
I wondered that too, but I don't think so. They both type like absolute retards, but the retardation of each is distinct. I doubt either has the IQ to pull off such a stunt. And they follow each other around responding to the other; it would be record-setting levels of the 'tism if the accounts were run by the same person.
If you mean blackwaterodyssey, I'm fairly confident they're the same person. I doubt he's really as "low IQ" as he seems, or even Black.
