It's amusing that this woman was a champion of women's in banking (which implies that she fucked over thousands of more qualified men to give their jobs to her friends)
Color me shocked that this woman is forced to resign because she gossiped about a client she didn't like to a journalist.
Exactly the way every senior woman in business behaves - unprincipled and destroying people through gossip.

It seems a lot of the leftists tactics nowadays are backfiring HARD. We can only hope they remain too dumb to try and adapt and this is where they die out in terms of relevance.
With the UK it'll have to be grassroots like the budlight boycott on a massive scale. So long as people there only vote for the main parties things can't change at a political level but that level is so weakened that grassroots boycotts and backlash might cripple EVERY institution there.
All they did was pick the wrong target this time, they will continue to de-bank people for their political views slightly more carefully in future.

Was she someone who was given this job to do and then receives her golden parachute, or is this something that was completely her own doing and now she's eating shit for it? I'm reminded of Ellen Pao doing some nasty stuff with Reddit before Spez came along, where she was mostly a patsy for things some shadowy group wanted done in the end, and they could bring in the new "clean" guy afterward.
