Essence of the enforcement is "Stop doing the same stupid shit over and over" and yet he can't, even with the timeouts doubling each time. Most people with half a brain would figure this out and maybe, just maybe actually try something else than repeatedly banging the same rocks together.

My experience on this site is never lesser from his presence, even if he's going off-topic. It is however lesser whenever he's banned.
