Texas should withhold 10x the suits value in collected federal taxes and not pay them to the government. What the fuck are they going to do about it? It's a republic. Texas can cite failure of the government as the reason and holding the taxes as punishment. Then use them to actually build a fucking border wall. Biden doesn't have the support to force any state that actually resists, to comply.
