How about 'feminist reading of the twilight books' I'm betting that's worse..
Anyway it was interesting how his review led to a follow-up where it just revealed how what looked like a great mod if not standalone addition went to shit thanks to egos and some no due diligence.
I watch alot of Zach Hazard and Mike Burnfire - going by thier LPs of the Frontier, techical-wise, it really is fucking awesome and the bees knees. Like, alot of the stuff that's in it is rather innovative and impressive given the game engine is fucking ancient.
That seems to be the rule with alot of big-time Fallout:NV mods. Which is sad. A twisted part of me keeps wanting to try out Fallout: New California, but every time I come back to the Dev notes and the OC Donut Steel Self Inserts, I promptly feel the need to throw something through a window.
It's the double edged sword of larger mod projects:
With smaller projects like customisation, rebuilding the castle or even making it so settlements work in older fallouts, it takes time but can be done within good time frame
Bigger projects require more investment and time and the only way you get that is with someone driven enough to do that. But with that you get bigger egos as why shouldn't they self insert when they are giving this mod away for free? Big projects go hand in hand with big egos unfortunately..

Story-wise, though, it's an absolute clusterfuck.
