The only kind of control of people with a grasp of reality have is the primary sector like farms, mineral extraction, fishing etc because it's hard labour and in a lot of cases extremely dangerous if you aren't experienced and aware at all times.
The best method forward is to bypass the left and order direct from the primary sector and some manufacturers. Deny them of funds while keeping the businesses in reality in profit.
