Im fine with voluntary segregation but also voluntary integration. I tend to have a close circle of friends that are traditional Christians. Most of them are white but other races too. I guess tribal doesn’t necessarily mean race.

It's to stop intentionally tribalizing people. Currently, every single government and corporate institution is in favor of racial division and tribalization, and is pushing it as hard as possible onto everyone. The solution is to not do that so that people can engage with each other amicably.
I would raise my children to follow the golden rule and treat others the way they would want to be treated. That will prevent any of the supposed ills of racism, as it was taught to us, while still allowing people their own preferences, biases, and freedom of association without feeling needless guilt that can be exploited by subversives for psychological warfare.
