To be fair "his mind is a cathedral" is a direct quote.
The satirical article suffers from the fact that the original is beyond parody. The satire is less outrageous than the original.
Me thinks you need to tune your sarcasm-meter.
Honestly, talk of some guy's "cathedral mind" would set off my sarcasm-meter big time, if I didn't know about the American media's worship of basically any Democrat.
