Words don't mean anything anymore, except for what those in control want it to mean, which means despair and confusion is total, and so is their control.
I paraphrased ("Många bäckar små blir till en stor å") to make the meaning come across better, but a direct word for word translation would be "Many brooks small become a great [untranslatable word]". Where untranslatable is a watercourse, bigger than a brook but smaller than a river.
Romanizing, as in making it be able to be said in Swedish, by an English speaker? Then it would be "Mhongah beckhar smoh blihr till ehn stohr oh".
Theodore Dalrymple put it best. The goal of their propaganda is not to deceive, but to humiliate. The more obvious the lie you are forced to repeat, the more you are deprived of your moral center and sense of probity. The result is a populace of emasculated liars who are impotent and powerless to resist their control.
I’ve heard that line—usually phrased as something like “if victory was impossible, their propaganda would be unnecessary“—before, and I understand that it’s a nice hopeful slogan and hope is important, but it’s not really true. It could be that propaganda is what makes victory impossible, because it prevents any form of opposition from recruiting enough numbers or organizing well.
That’s not to say that we have necessarily reached that point, I just dislike the logic.

They wouldn't need propaganda at that point.
My country has a saying: "Many small rivers make a great flood".
How is it said in that tongue? And can you romanise the pronunciation?
