The “Mystic River” star posted a video on Sunday to TikTok in which he and his wife, actor Kyra Sedgwick, dance to Taylor Swift’s “Karma” wearing matching T-shirts.

At the end of the 14-second clip, the two show off their shirts, which read: “Drag is an art and drag is a right.”

Blowjobs are an art. Blowjobs are a right. If you started blowing kids Kevin Bacon you'd probably be seen as a sick fuck.

Is it so hard to understand nobody gives a shit about drag they just want you to keep it away from kids?

You’re missing the most important part, they don’t want to keep blowjobs away from children either

Correct me if I’m wrong but there isn’t a ban on adults right? Just kids? Although I guess this passes for reporting with huffpo.

This is how the Overton window shifts. Genderqueer depicted multiple sex acts becomes “banned books”. Drag queens gyrating their asses at children becomes “family friendly”. Every single step is intentional.

Amen to that

Apparently “Drag” is speech now, nevermind the leftist corporations like Disney who won’t even let “drag queens” dress up like Snow White at their parks.

Really?? Lawl. We should force disney's hand. Make them hire fat neckbeards to be snow white or whatever princess. Itll be priceless. And make them do it for all disneys all over the world. Hahaha

no, you don't have a right to striptease in front of children.

if you continue to insist on having that right, eventually very based and very unhinged parents are going to start gunning drag queens down on sight.

Exactly! And some of the enacted or proposed bills seeking total bans play into it the hands of the technique as well, which is an error. Restrict attendance to 18+ and no sensible conservative is likely to care. Will some minors get in, sure, just like age laws don’t stop all minors from drinking, but it stops a lot, provides a right to intervene if they’re caught, and makes it so most who are able to skirt the law tend to be nearly the legal age, as opposed to now where you get five year olds stuffing bills. Simple as.

Nobody wants to 'ban drag'. Nobody has uttered a word about stopping drag queens performing in bars and clubs.

We want them to stop doing raunchy dances dressed like a prostitute in front of little kids. Are some drag performers totally innocent of any impropriety, even in events for children? Yes. Are they gonna get caught in the crossfire? Yes. But if losing the tiny handful of them is the price we have to pay to keep thousands of pedos using this as an avenue to get their jollies in front of children, then so fucking be it.

But go ahead, leftoids, keep resisting. Resist hard enough and we'll get so tired of the situation that we will aim to ban drag entirely. We'll aim to put these people in padded cells, just to stop them poisoning our society.

Speak for yourself. I'm okay with banning drag full stop.

I'm honestly coming around to the opinion that anything even slightly tinged with "the gay" should go right back into the closet where it belongs. If "we just want to get married" leads this way, I'm more than happy to backtrack to that particular fork in the road and take the other path- you degenerates (the gays) had your chance.

Shut down, take down, slam, drag, dunk on…

I wouldn’t use words like this unless the performer actually defeated the opponent in a battle of words/wills/arguments, or at least scored an objective rhetorical point over them. The literal definitions of those words imply that you came face to face with an opponent and won. Not what actually happens, which is you posted something on your own account from a safe distance: literally in the sense they aren’t in your room with you, and often figuratively in that such people have ways of controlling who can even respond. Regardless, most of the time the allegedly “shut down” person isn’t even participating.

It’s up there with the Gen Z term “roast” which ultimately just means to insult, not even necessarily very well or cleverly, so that even before you respond or make it clear you aren’t remotely effected, some Gen Z faggot will chime in saying you “got roasted.” “Roasted me? Brother I didn’t even notice a change in the temperature…”

Which is the point of the drag show bans, they ban drag shows with kids in the audience.

If the pendulum doesn't start swinging back soon, you won't find many supporters of this neutral position.
