That’s what BIPOC is: everyone except whites. It’s a blatant circumvention of anti-discrimination laws, and there’s no way it would hold up in a legitimate court.
look. you can get a job any time you want. all you have to do is cut your dick off first.
I love the term BIPOC - because the I gives some protection to indigenous Europeans in their home countries (where they are also being genocided)
It excludes asians as well.
