The black community has weaponized our lax punishments for minors. People are dying because we won’t lock up teenagers who commit violent crime. This is not sustainable.
You know when it will change? When the white child of a slain parent seeks vengeance, knowing that the system won’t incarcerate a young minor. Then, suddenly, people will decide we need to hold (white) kids responsible.

That won't make things change, it'll just make them selectively enforce accountability.
Just make stealing cars illegal. Problem solved.
