The blacks know near every bit of racism said about them is true, they see it the moment they walk out the damned door.
They simply choose tribal circle the wagons over improving their lives, because then they can get free shit and no responsibility when they want to act up.
They absolutely know what's up. How could they not? I lived in a 70% black neighborhood for 18 years. I was friends with the old black men on my street and they told it exactly like it is. The racism act is just a shuck and jive routine that they've been taught to perform on command.
The smart ones are usually blue collar, skilled labor workers. There's a few losers that get in the cracks, but skilled labor is basically the only work Sphere that doesn't let people skate by on SJW horseshit.
All the black friends I've had/have had interesting opinions on other blacks. Same with my Native friends. None of them really hang out with their own race any more, besides family.

Is this a tragedy? This man lived, and likely died, by his truth. Now, I would never make the choice to live and likely die this way, and I doubt anyone else here would either, but Bob Lee did.
I am sure the last few moments of his life were filled with joy as he saw color, recognized the challenges of color and died moving the world towards racial equity. Stunning and brave.
