The #1 lesson that would help all of these people is that their stupid identity doesn't matter to anyone but themselves and maybe the people that care about them (if there are any).
virtually all humans crave virtue, that is the righteous pursuit of a meaning for life. this shit is old... plato, socrates, many others, and nietzsche has written a ton on it too. godlessness is immediately followed by shit like this... hedonistic nihilism, and they start making up their own religions to fill that void. those made up religions do not have anything that stands the test of time.
and the made-up-religion de jure is idpol. they have no meaning, nothing of value to offer the world, so their religion "rationalizes" their identity becoming their meaning. they think their identity alone creates meaning because the existence of that identity means standing up for the oppressed against the oppressor.
on the grand scheme of things, their religion dies with them. this is not the first time in history that a society has embraced feminism or alphabet people... just that every time a society does, it collapses in the next 100-200 years.
The thing is, virtue signalers don't usually care about the virtues themselves. There are always Ananias and Saphira types who seek the illusion of virtue over actually doing good.
