Racial scoring is much more dramatic than sex, not sure why the focus on men and women. Yes, women are advantaged. But nonwhites (excluding Asians) get in much easier than even white women.
From a quick look, sex may contribute around a 30 point swing in scores (men have to score 30 points higher than women for the same chance), while Asians (because of course they won't mention whites) have to score 250 points or so higher than other nonwhites. So the difference between Asians (and whites are near here) and non-Asian nonwhites is more than eight times the difference between men and women.
Yes, the unfair advantage for women needs to be called out, but it's really silly to focus on it exclusively.
