Trust us bro! That’s been the whole situation with how the cdc has handled abortion reporting since the 70s. The actual numbers are likely far worse than the numbers we are given, and even that’s pushing over 65 million at this point.

Kansas had very loose laws regarding child murder for a long time, then very unenforced laws. And then people started killing child murderers, and even now it took like twenty years to get the law updated. Kansas is not a real red state, their laws are fucked up in ways you'd only expect to see in California.
