You want to know a good way to judge that you are TRULY accepted in society?

When people aren't afraid to make jokes about you even at your expense. That means they have accepted you to the point they can be honest about your hypocrisy and failings.

Those that target comedy are afraid of being in the light in such a fashion.

This is why I so often and openly joke about my own disabilities.

"Ooh, what'll I hyperfixate on THIS week? Ooh, can't wait to watch that new show and then zone out every 30 seconds to ponder some hypotheticals instead of focusing on watching the actual damn show!"

Okay but let's hear the flip side: were those hypotheticals more interesting than the show?

No. I was watching live pro wrestling, the last bastion of traditional high-T masculinity in American entertainment.

Alright, I'll take your word for it, but I just can't get into some of the matches I've seen in the past few years. I miss 90s wrestling, they weren't so scared of doing dumb dangerous stuff in the ring.

Honestly I gave it some thought and realized a different, more sinister reason on why they target comedy.

Laughter is healthy.

It stimulates organs, sorts out your blood pressure, improves mood, activates stress relief response, soothes tension, serves as a great coping method, works as a limited pain killer and builds up your immune system. It also is great socializing mechanism as laughing people are more attractive and attention grabbing.

Look at the people who often laugh. Look at a society that embraces laughs and jokes at their leaders as a coping mechanism. Look at people faces and just randomly smile and see what happens. Probably a smile back or other form of enthusiasm.

Now look at your typical SJW who rarely has a genuine laugh. Look at North Korea or other totalitarian shithole where laughing can get you beat up. Look at people faces in those places and just randomly smile and see what happens. Likely a bewildered look on a sick, depressed face interpreting your smile as mockery.

I don't know about you but I can see why deebie downers were jumped on recess back in high school. They are sick rats spreading the plague.

Laughter breaks tension, too. I've worked with kids for the better part of a decade -- from high class foreigners to literal juvenile delinquents, if you can make them laugh you can get through to them.

That's also why they target comedy. They don't want people on our side getting through to anyone.

yeah that's an extremely good point. They want to be 'accepted' but they want to be protected from any criticism or jokes. They will never be truly accepted like that, they'll just have everyone too afraid to reject them. But they will be resented by everyone, even their so called allies, and their friendships will be entirely superficial. They will always know they are not really part of the gang.
