Forced women on boards is such a terrible thing. I work for a major company in a small region. The company has diversity mandates for its board. Some of the women sitting on the board are literally like a fresh new grad 23yo female teacher and some other joke woman. 0 experience in the industry I work for. 0 skills. 0 connections. They are effectively a worthless board member. The company is currently going through some major issues that stem from management's direction they want to take the company. This is precisely the situation you need to have good board members. These women are worthless and hurt the company in the end along with all the stakeholders, many of whom are women because these female affirmative action hire board members are worthless.
Wait until these diversity bitches start to feel comfortable enough to start agitating and try forcing emotions and social issues into the decision-making.
Time to play games with holding companies and sub companies then. The only ones that will profit from this are the lawyers that will put together the business setup then.
Do I even need to ask if there's a quota for men on all boards too? Or is it completely fine to have boards made up completely of women?
Yep the law requires the board to comprise of AT LEAST 40% women. 100% women is maximally diverse.
