The person in question, Nanaia Mahuta, only got the ugly chin tat in 2016 at the age of 46 as a cynical political ploy to boost her career as a privileged person.

So basically she tried to go to real school and failed because she's an idiot, so her backup plan was to do a joke "Māori business development" major to get her welfare grades and pass. This is who NZ places in the highest levels of its government.

I actually don’t think you have to be too stupid to fuck up Uni (Uni here is more like grad school in America), at least with… Some types of degrees.
