Because it's not as well known or too obvious that even their most braindead mouthpieces can't spin this to generate a mob. Let me give two examples:

When the anime Re do of Healer was coming out, you had some on the left on Twitter trying to start some kind of fury over this claiming that it's misogyny and disgusting that features rape a lot. The problem is, EVERYONE agreed including the people that wanted to watch it so that died quickly because they couldn't mislable it, it's like trying to anger pol by calling them Nazis.

Another example was the game Hatred, that one where you played a mass shooter. So much was made of this and became the target of boycotts, denying them access to sell on platforms with Steam being the only exception. In the end it released, was ok with heavily edgy dialogue here's the best review of it and the attention got it to sell more since it was so obvious going into the offence.

I'm going to say that the AAA game based on the best selling book franchise of all time was marketed slightly more than a gender-based Wolfenstein 3D parody released over 30 years after Wolfenstein came out.

Great review, Mistress of Mania:

Autogynephilia fantasy simulator 2023. The entire objective of this game is to kill women. The swastika is replaced with XX. We all know what that means. Dev obviously hates women and this is his fantasy of killing feminists. Also, the game sucks. Choo-choo!

This one not so much:

there is an element of catharsis in fighting back against those who seek to harm others (especially if those "others" include you), but it is as upsetting an experience as its setup of "what if TERF's* and their openly Nazi buddies won?" would imply. which makes this such powerful agitprop; I don't know how a transphobe could play this, genuinely engage with what it is saying, and come away not at least asking themselves why we see them this way. (of course, most would probably be incapable of step 2, as transphobia is pure ideology.)

Another positive(ly bad) review:

At a certain point in the game you kill dogs along with TERF nazis. I'm against any movie/show/games that kills animals.

Still gave it a thumbs up, though...

Apparently complete play through will take you around 30 min. There is no save game option & it doesn't run very smoothly- probably since it was written in Java.

Same reason troons can publish fanfics where they kill Rowling

It all feels like a projection, there is a part of them that secretly wants this - begging for this, and it comes out in these dystopian flights of fancy. What truly is the price of love one's own? Not being a degenerate? One's precious delusions?

I hope they keep pushing this angle and that the paradigm shift pushes them all the way through.

It's also not available in russia - sanctioned, lolz. I guess it's predictable that this NPC supports the current thing.
