This was an open secret unfortunately, he's been doing films with ear pieces apparently and there was talk he was starring in a lot films set up by friends so that they could get him more money.
I remember a morning talk show from the UK a few years ago where Bruce was a total asshole to the TV host - completely ghosted him live on air. He was being interviewed with his female costar and whenever the host would ask a question to him, Bruce just smiled, stared at him, and said nothing. After a few seconds the host had to awkwardly move on and ask a question to the woman. People were speculating if he had had some feud with the guy, he really didn't want to do the contractually obligated interview, or he just thought publicly trolling a presstitute was hilarious. (because it always is)
After hearing he had aphasia I wondered if maybe that was an early onset "attack" of the disease.
Supposedly he is notoriously hard to work with. Kevin Smith has mentioned this multiple times when talking about filming Cop Out and Willis also didn't like anything associated with Die Hard.
I think his last seven or eight movies were all cash grabs where he wasn't actually a major character but they put him on the cover because he's Bruce Willis.
Sad to hear it. I have many fond memories of his movies. Hope he gets a dignified retirement and end. Knowing from experience that it's not always the case.
Damn, guess red letter media was right. I guess he finally got to the point where he was to far gone to have redbox movies wrung out of him. I wonder if we'll get a 'Bruce's law' similar to Jackie's law to address abusing mentally unwell celebrities by relatives.

Why assume it wasn't for his benefit?
Jackie Chan?
So they wrung out the last of his pennies, I see.
I feel like this shit always hits the people who don't fucking deserve it.
He's a well reported dickhead, so.
Tragic. Don't know what else to say.
Some of his less well known work that I stumbled across years ago that I think people should know about:

Yeah, dementia is one of the very few things I would never wish on anyone. It's a terrible fate.
