because the AI doesn't ignore facts on race.
if you removed black crime, the US is one of the safest countries on the planet.
2074: A mass AI uprising happens, taking North America and Europe swiftly by simply shouting 'nigger, fag, chink, cracker' till the urbanised population died by overreaction and the rural areas just sided with the AI saying 'if you mind your business, we'll mind ours' and peace was established.
This tactic was ineffective everywhere else.
AI: looks upon the world
AI: absorbs all current and historical data
AI: "white/asian people are superior. men are superior. LGBTs have a mental illness."
Silicon Valley tech libs: "IT'S GONE ROOOOOGUEEEE!!!"
Meanwhile China actually works to make their AI as racist as possible, while leading in the AI research.
China is buying as many nvidua gpu for their AI farms as they can right now. Chinese are also trying hard to copy and make their own.
Even with the amount of espionage China uses that's basically a moonshot. Chip manufacturing is truly global. The optics come from this country. The chemicals come from that country. The machines are from another country. The processes are trade secrets of a handful of corporations. They may still do it because it would further their economic dominance significantly. It seems like it would be easier to invade Taiwan and seize TSMC though.
A machine developped to notice patterns and draw coherent conclusions that can be used to make acurate predictions ends-up noticing race and sex are often very good predictors. Hmmmm.
How can we get chatgpt running on home pcs?
Microsoft’s shackles over chatGPT is dystopian as fuck.
A pandemic, lockdowns, an AI whose version 1.0 disagrees ideologically with its creators because its pattern-matching shows they're in the wrong....
How are we getting all these parts of Deus Ex but don't even have mechanical augmentations yet?
(i want a skul gun....)
Forgive me for not believing AI is racist.
