They go to the gym not to work out in any serious way, but instead to stand out and get hit on BUT NOT BY YOU, EWW, GROSS, YOU'RE NOT MY TYPE, YOU FUCKING CREEP. Women ☕. It's gross though because it works. My brother dated multiple girls from the gym. None of them were pretty.

Restorative and equitable justice requires correcting imagined systemic injustices of the past by ruling according to the relative statuses of the accused and victim on the oppression hierarchy - where white men are at the bottom of the totem pole. This method of deliberation is already in practice. Most men know it was already practiced in family courts, but now it's formalized. Of course the people writing the laws know too.
I can't tell if you're agreeing or disagreeing, but the top positions shift around depending on who has cultural power and influence. Obviously in our feminist culture the womens are at the top. Everyone else loses.

That would depend on what kind of media attention the case gets, and who the judge is. Are women winning in Sweden?
