It is consistent that for every 1 actual victim there's 5+ opportunists looking for a quick buck. Regret is not rape. A glance is not rape. A hello isn't rape. Telling you to live a slightly less miserable day to day existence by cheering up and smiling isn't rape. How you sit on the bus isn't fucking rape.
Makes it tough to believe the dames at their word alone. Truthfully since metoo I've been defaulting to the man's side whenever this kind of story breaks because it's just so much nonsense lumped in with anyone's common measure of genuine atrocity.
There's an "infographic" that they always pull up showing out of 100 rapes there's only 1 false accusation. It's like 1 false accusation, 2 convictions of rape, 10 accusations without conviction and 90 unreported rapes (from memory the ratios might be a bit different). To get that number they have to assume the 10 cases where it wasn't proven either way are all actual rapes; the actual reasonable thing to do would be to assume that these 10 have the same ratio as the proven cases. Then they must add another 90 imaginary theoretical rapes that are never even reported (the ratio is based on a fucking phone survey where they ask women if they'd been sexually assaulted without defining the term so even if answered honestly most of these 90 rapes could be an ass grab or given how some people are some could be leering) and even fucking then we are talking about accusations; non-accusations should not be counted towards accusations. So what they actually show is 1/3 of rapes are false accusations which seems pretty dang high actually.

They have to continue to drag it out, but what a predictable result. Their tens of cases whittled down to eight and now to two.
Free Mason Greenwood, free the falsely accused.
Justice reform now! If the man isn't guilty, the woman should be jailed for the equivalent sentence.
But if we start to punish women that lie, no one will ever dare to report a rape /s
