There's an "infographic" that they always pull up showing out of 100 rapes there's only 1 false accusation. It's like 1 false accusation, 2 convictions of rape, 10 accusations without conviction and 90 unreported rapes (from memory the ratios might be a bit different). To get that number they have to assume the 10 cases where it wasn't proven either way are all actual rapes; the actual reasonable thing to do would be to assume that these 10 have the same ratio as the proven cases. Then they must add another 90 imaginary theoretical rapes that are never even reported (the ratio is based on a fucking phone survey where they ask women if they'd been sexually assaulted without defining the term so even if answered honestly most of these 90 rapes could be an ass grab or given how some people are some could be leering) and even fucking then we are talking about accusations; non-accusations should not be counted towards accusations. So what they actually show is 1/3 of rapes are false accusations which seems pretty dang high actually.
