If technology was ever developed that could absolutely turn people into the opposite sex perfectly, and give them all the right looks, organs, biological processes, and DNA, the trannies will be the most outspoken against it.
That or they would be even more upset that men and women still only want to date naturally born men or women
Kinda like how feminists are against sex robots and artificial wombs, they lose their only card to play for political and social capital.

If what you describe ever actually happens, and is repeatedly proven to actually work...
I would 100% endorse it. That would be amazing.
But you're also right that they'll hate it. They don't want to stop THE STRUGGLE.
