Before you black-pill yourself, the courts have taken multiple government programs to-task over this kind of shit. The problem is that the government just keeps doing it anyway, so you have to keep hitting these little shits with injunctions all the time.

They are not sufficiently penalized for blatant, sweeping violations of the rights of citizens. If the law doesn't deter this behavior, what use is it?
