Maybe poll watchers are expected to be there early. It's more difficult to believe that someone working there would have been reading her tweets at 6am.

They run 7-8 here
Might be time zone differences? But yeah, not sure what would be wrong with a theoretically benign tweet, let alone whether someone would be looking for that.
