Leftism is a mental disorder and the inevitable outcome of metropolitan consumer life, so people who choose to live in large cities should get less voting power, or none at all. Create state electoral colleges and only give landowners the right to vote. (I'd suggest one vote per plot of land but I don't want to give Bill Gates that much power.)
