Both is good. Fallout shelters/bunkers aren't meant to be permanent homes.

Yeah I'm with you there. I don't browse KF because it's basically crap. I don't want to be on that website. I don't care if they have a forum on the same network. However, there is also a difference between a message board and what this is. The .wins are more of news aggregators with comments -- in the vein of reddit or slashdot or what digg used to be.

The worst these people will do to you is tell you same things Lobster Peterson will except they will be mean.
Based on what do you declare the people there 'awful people'? Sure, they also mocked some good people, but what exactly did they do wrong?
Harassing the lolcows (touching the shit, or weening in the site's lingo) is heavily discouraged on KF. In fact, I've seen threads turn on people who did that.
