The algorithm hates everyone, except for YouTube's favored top influencers, music distribution companies, and mainstream media. Everyone else just rushes to catch whatever leftover scraps are tossed their way, and thanks the algorithm god for it's blessings. For most people YouTube is kinda like a cargo cult. Nobody knows how it works, it just does, so they keep trying to do the thing they did when the algorithm put them on trending, hoping for continued blessings.
We know YouTube also has blacklists and downranking for unfavored topics, but there's no way "black people" is on that list. If people aren't watching "black people" that's 100% organic.
He's complaining that he's getting his views throttled by age restrictions when he should be treated as one of their top influencers based on content and views. His argument is he gets age restricted for horror games when Pewdiepie/Markiplier play the same games.
Age restriction is based on user flagging and how the moderator handling flags that day feels about you. Pewdiepie and Markiplier are probably on a whitelist so flags are ignored.
The fact that he even made this video tells me exactly why he's not getting views: he's a dime a dozen anti-white black guy on the internet. His views are so generic and stale you have to go out of your way not to encounter a thousand of him on a weekly basis. My personal layman theory of Youtube's algorithm is that it gives special weight to things that it's woke masters just love to propagate.
Why do I say this? A while back I stumbled across a video of a radio show based out of New York, iirc. Eclectic ensemble, something around 2 guys with 2 other women as co-hosts, and the video in question was talking about men's issues. Not a bad video, semi-interesting, but wasn't going to blow my socks off.
Afterwards, my entire goddamn front page was flooded with videos from that show. Wall to wall, non-stop youtube suggestions. It got so bad I'm fairly certain I blocked the channel, because fuck that.
The kicker? Every host on the show was black.
So. Make your own judgement on the above, but I know where my guess lies.

Or it could just be that one of his 'nothing economy' rivals (and his discord lackeys) started mass flagging his accounts about being unsafe for children.
