lol @ the top reply [still] up

Of course not. "Child friendly" Disney only wants naked men on the screen

If you ascribe to the "Disney is full of male pedophiles" theory then it makes sense.

Showing attractive, naked men to children will make a small percentage of them want to "experiment" with men. The straight pedophiles get the oversexualized girls, the gay pedophiles get the oversexualized and sexually confused boys.

Showing attractive, naked women to children will make them want to experiment with women, which does nothing for an industry that's still mostly male.

This is why public school is so intent on Drag Queen Story Hour being ubiquitous. It's obviously sexualized, but the drag queens appear to be female to the children, and public schools are overwhelmingly ran by women. It's never Drag King Story Hour or Frumpy Sweater-Wearing Lesbian Story Hour for a reason.

And if you're asking "why not just use actual attractive women to groom children", take a look at your average female pedophile and you'll have your answer.

Well, Game of Thrones had a couple. For example, one of the first scenes of their non-cannon character Roz had her on the back of a wagon, leaving Winterfell, and flashing Theon. There were also some other gratuitous scenes in Littlefinger's brothel where you could see some completely nude women walking around.

What turned me off during the second season (after I read all the books between season 1 and season 2), were all the changes they were making, the characters that should still be alive that they were killing, and the non-cannon new scenes they were pushing while cutting out cannon content because of lack of time. I stopped caring about it right there and then, since I could see where it was heading.

Their audience knows it's hypocritical but they just chuckle and say "women had to put up with gratuitous exploitation for decades so now it's YOUR turn!" This is the essence of social justice, restorative justice, decolonization, or whatever bullshit neomarxist terms they make up to rationalize bullying people they don't like.

The one thing leftists and the puritan right agree on. Womens bodies should never be shown or modified but men must be exposed and mutilated like the dogs we are.

The "male gaze" is just more projection.

I have always hated that term. Look at the cover of romance novels

Male Gaze doesn't even mean what feminists think it means. The term was created to mean "things are created for the male gaze", as in the audience is mostly male. Video games are subject to Male Gaze because it's almost entirely males who play them, therefore we get more video games about guns and trucks than about ponies and being unable to reach things on the top shelf.

Anyone who thinks it means "men like it therefore it is bad" and takes it seriously are not only frothing at the mouth man-hating lunatics, but ignorant morons as well.

Their Hillary campaign ad would never have have promised a Scarlett Johansson nude scene if Hillary won either.

It's intentional subversion/inversion. And it's happening in real life as well as entertainment. I live near a college town, by this point skirts are male apparel; I see more males in skirts than females, most of the time.

America is great isn't it? Every time I see the flag I gush with pride. Not.

Western society as a whole has certainly slipped a few ton of notches.

Maybe I'm being too optimistic, but I do think we might have almost hit the most leftward swing of the pendulum. Things are still going to get a lot worse, but I think it's the death throes before the inevitable swing back. More people are getting fed up and, more importantly, the already fed up people are getting more fed up. All it takes is a few people, and the rest follow. Sad but true.

well in regards to the skirt thing, the US is the worst. Ive been to Europe and women still dress like women for the most part. This androgenous/feminist stuff got its start here.
