So while the US institutions are focusing on optics and trying to 'redefine recession', the rest of the world is waiting for it to hit them too (if it hasn't already).
I really can't tell if it's because they are all career politicians so live in a gilded cage that they keep doing idiotic policies or genuine malice.
It is 100% malice. They engineered this recession via green energy policy. They have to pretend it’s all unexpected and confusing because we would hang them if they were honest about their intentions.
The talking point that we’ll probably see is that a cooling economy will help curb inflation (which is true). Of course, this doesn’t acknowledge that inflation was caused by an artificial supply constriction and profligate money printing and regular people will bear the burden of fixing inflation.
Redefining words won't fool people when they lose their jobs and/or suffer in this economy.
Employment is a social construct, sweaty.

Wish I could in good conscience downvote this comment for irrelevancy and inaccuracy
They already said that stagnat wages are a good thing for workers

My money is on this having already happened but we just haven't become aware of it yet.
