I haven't seen any Ukrainians say that. In fact, I haven't seen much of anything from regular Ukrainians. Just a bunch of Americans and Europeans pontificating on a war they'll never have to fight.

For my part, my statement was more an observation on their so called leadership than anything else. Zelenzky clearly prioritizes posturing for foreign cameras more than anything else. Especially the well-being of the goyim he rules over.
As for not hearing anything out of the Ukraine from the people themselves, that's a natural consequence of their government having banned any opposition parties and outlawed disagreement.
