I haven't seen any Ukrainians say that. In fact, I haven't seen much of anything from regular Ukrainians. Just a bunch of Americans and Europeans pontificating on a war they'll never have to fight.
Honestly, much of anything. Maybe it's because I won't watch cable news but I only ever see non Ukrainians talking about victory, defeat, counter invasions, anything.
For my part, my statement was more an observation on their so called leadership than anything else. Zelenzky clearly prioritizes posturing for foreign cameras more than anything else. Especially the well-being of the goyim he rules over.
As for not hearing anything out of the Ukraine from the people themselves, that's a natural consequence of their government having banned any opposition parties and outlawed disagreement.

That's literally what Russian have been doing for decades, and literally what they finished doing in the last few months.
Go there, enjoy, as long as you don't dissent you won't end up in jail. And consume their news, since there are no independent press anymore.
