No really. Because the problem is near-exclusively restricted to gay men.

The virus spreads by rubbing skin with infectious lesions. Don't do that. One subgroup of the population won't stop doing that, they spread it. That's it.
P.S. : The monkeypox virus is mild and in all likelyhood gives life-long immunity, plus cross-immunity against closely-related viruses.
There are much worse diseases being spread all over the place by hyperpromiscuous people.
Remember when the media "pounced" (ha!) on this as the next COVID. Sure went away quick when the data about who was catching it came out...
