Conservationism originates from the right. It is important to be a good steward of the land. We've been managing nature for so long and so aggressively that it would be irresponsible to stop, since it is no longer balanced without people. Environmentalism is the hijacking of conservationism by the left, and the right stupidly just walked away from the concept entirely.
Climate change is garbage, but coal plants really are a dirty problem that needs to be phased out too, preferably by nukes. Mass adoption of electric cars is a problem because of the damage done by lithium mining and processing on such a scale. Solar panels and wind turbines are blights on the land that produce nothing but pollution and garbage in return.

How do they produce pollution?
I agree that electric cars absolutely produce a shit ton of environmental damage from lithium mining, but how do solar panels and wind turbines produce pollution?
Solar panels and turbine blades are both non-recyclable, at least not in a way that is economically feasible. The rate of failure of panels is absurd and they all end up buried in some back water country where they leech heavy metals such as cadmium and lead into the ground water. Turbine blades simply end up as giant piles of trash, and over half of all turbines will never produce more energy than it took to make them so it's a giant excercise in turning energy into garbage.
That isn't an argument against nuclear power. That is an argument for removing the irresponsible and evil elite class that is prohibiting it in favor of desecrating the land with solar panels.
Or those awful wind turbines that cost as much to decommission and "bury" as they do to construct, all to generate shitty undependable amounts of energy.
