It is pretty sweet that he gets to shit on the left when the one guy who tried to keep him off the court is (illegitimately) the president.
That may actually be why he's stepping things up. He's out for metaphorical blood, and Biden is hemorrhaging it (and possibly real blood too, the man is not well)
Based black man. That said, I hope he has the good sense to step down when a Republican is in office. It's going to hard enough to find a real conservative to replace him without letting the Dems steal his seat.
And the sad part is, there will never be another guy as principled as he is.
Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and that lady (forgot her name) are susceptible to ruling in favor of liberals / the government.
I don't consider Kavanaugh and ACB conservative justices; they're both false bills of goods. Gorsuch isn't perfect, but I'm fine with him -- definitely would take the likes of him over those 2 and Roberts.
Gorsuch has been the majority opinion writer on some fucking retarded decisions like Bostock v Clayton County and McGirt v Oklahoma.
Thomas and Alito are the only truly reliable members on the court. They don’t make them like they used to.

Yeah that's what I mean when I say how hard it will be to replace him with a real conservative. The sad thing is Trump's record on SCOTUS justices is the best since Reagan at least. Gorsuch and Barret aren't as based as Thomas but Kavanaugh is the only Trump appointee out of 3 who regularly cucks out. Bush 43 appointed one cuck (Roberts) and one real conservative (Alito). Bush 41 did even worse. He appointed Thomas but his other appointee (Souter) stabbed him in the back and straight up joined the commie caucus on the court. Scalia was Reagan's only based appointee. O'Connor wasn't as bad as Roberts is today but she shared his tendencies. And of course Kennedy was a fag lover. I'm not counting Rehnquist because he was actually a Nixon appointee who Reagan promoted from associate to chief.
