He could have random bouts of being based due to his brain deteriorating and whatnot
Biden is (or was) sorta based on a few key issues. But he either never believed it, or is to senile or spineless to not just go along with orders now.
So even whatever basedness there may have once been, has been overridden by senility or treason. Also, it was never a worthwhile trade anyway, such a small level of based for such a large level of corruption.
I dont think he ever actually has "believed" in a single thing in his life. He's a typical American politician who says whatever gets him elected.
Yeah, that's my guess as well.
