Holy shit, Clarence.
Thomas knows that we can push back to quit grooming and keep it in your bedroom and seedy bars, it also means we can finally separate marriage from government. What was originally essentially a birthing and name change notice is now a massive court system full of the most corrupt abusive pieces of shit on the planet.
I remember a comment I saw on MGTOW a long time ago - if the birth rate falls enough, they'll ban being gay out of desperation.

Thomas has been a true champion for judicial restraint and minimizing government power grabs. A true hero. I wish Scalia was still around too.
At the other end of the spectrum, what an awful jurist Sotomayor is. She is the embodiment of politics taking precedence over law and legal knowledge. I know law professors who have privately told me that she's an embarrassing idiot. What they said basically was "Well, she's an idiot, but at least she's our idiot."
clarence is literally the only non jew
Who are the Jews on the Supreme Court?`
reread
Name them.
no need
Because you're full of crap. You couldn't name three, let alone 8.
fag
When Griswold went through, people were concerned that the same logic could be used to legalize abortion and they were told that wouldn't happen. Less than ten years later that happened.
Now, people are concerned that the same logic used to overturn Roe could overturn the entire sexual revolution, and they are being told Yes. Let's hope that happens.
The Warren Court was guilty of sedition and conspiracy against the constitution, everyone knew it then, we just keep going along with it.
explain further
Is this a joke? Miranda rights are a joke established by the warren court which has thrown out numerous cases of clear guilt because rights were not immediately relegated properly. Tell me, is it more rational for a person to understand their rights immediately in the moment of arrest or during processing? A rational bill would exclude all personal statements without a defense attorney present are not viable during trial. This defends the accused from the state abusing their rights to make a confession while allowing the state to properly detain people in high risk situations without worrying more about process than the safety of those they detain and themselves? The warren court was a travesty that established federal control over states in extremes that was only rivaled by the civil rights bill shortly before.
Removing the scaffolding for the sexual revolution isn't going to overturn it though.
It's a good start. Culture is downstream from law.
Auron McIntyre quote?
It is a good start. But I think that it's far easier to destroy than it is to build.
Unintentional MacIntyre, and yes, it is far easier to destroy than build.
Yes, I checked in the PDF of the court that this was not made up.

Thomas is 100% correct as a matter of law. The role of the Supreme Court is not to legislate from the bench.
Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell are all examples of legislating from the bench. The proper and correct solution on those issues should have been political action taken by legislatures, not the Court invoking the Constitution where it did not apply.
Add that absolutely travesty Bostock to the list, too.
Considering it's the same court, don't hold your breath on that one. That's why the RoevWade reversal doesn't really "white pill" me on our cultural problems.
This is such a good slap in the face to Biden, after how he got treated at his confirmation.
In another life, he would have made a phenomenal president.
Fucking moron. You're losing all the moral high ground if you do this.
Looks like the birth rate is the target here :
Ban homosexuality, ban abortion, ban contraception
All of these have a small negative effect on birth rates compared to the giant elephant in the room, but nobody's touching women's legal privileges over men.
Bachelor taxes are unconstitutional, don't fucking try it. Actually, so is maternity leave. And marriage tax credit.
Clarence Thomas is a moron???
What moral high ground? That of standing by stuff that was made up? That is not the job of the court.
Which ones?
They aren't, and they sound like an excellent idea. You really need to be taxed so you pay your fair share, rather than being the parasite that you are now.
Whoa, slow down there, buddy. You're in the dangerous territory of losing an argument with, not to mention outsperging, Imp.
I don't agree with him but am almost willing to go along with it just to annoy impossible1.
LOL. He gets really upset when 'bachelor taxes' are mentioned. I'm single myself, just trying to get a reaction out of him (though I do support a bachelor tax).
Well, if I'm right about the motivation behind these decisions, absolutely. Is it a coincidence that it's all things that lower birth rates that are set up to be taken down, while allowing politicians to not have to skewer women's giant ego bubbles and put in the reform that men have asked for? I still haven't forgotten how the Supreme Court said drafting only men was unconstitutional but left it up to fucking Congress.
Lying about birth control is not charged as rape, like it is for men.
Males leave school woefully under prepared for the manipulation women exert onto them in relationships, thanks to sex education being more about women's castration agenda than actual useful information.
Female rapists are allowed to petition their victims or their victims' parents for child support.
Divorce law favors women in every aspect, from child custody to settlements
Feminist groups have not been held accountable for mutilation of children via introducing an environment that encourages it, despite this being a UN recognized crime against humanity.
I pay enough fucking taxes. Why don't women start putting in their fair share and taking out less?
Don't start with the impossible, friend.
You don't get sexually transmitted diseases if a woman lies about birth control.
OK, more of your crazy.
It's pretty stupid, but I don't see the female angle here.
Cite a few specific provisions.
Don't worry, it's mostly Oppressor Member children who suffer mutilation.
Cause they have kids, and you do not. Single women should also be penalized.
Having kids doesn't make you a better person. Tons of absolute trash have kids and produce criminals because of it.
Your arguments are worse than usual, are you really claiming that catching something treatable is equivalent to 18 years of mandated misery? Spreading AIDS was already a crime, stealthing law just entrenched female privilege. Trapping them with a child is illegal, but if they do it to you, that's fine.
