And he is completely right. Not just because of the Ukraine War but also because of the Pfizer vaccines and how they were forced upon the European population.
Europe is fully under the control of Globohomo, including the technocrats, (((the tribe))), European Super-Elites and the rest of those bozos. Not sure about Eastern Europe as much though, seems to be more crime controlled than under siege by globohomo.

No. Afaik he said that this would be counter productive.
And yet he still did by enforcing almost all workers to be vaccinated through a "voluntary" procedure. Not to mention qr codes and masks.
Only some local areas did like the city of St. Petersburg. There was never a nationwide "enforcement" or mandate (for some industries) like for example Germany AFAIK. Also, Russia's Covid Vax isn't mRNA junk like Pfizer's. Although I do not think its more effective, it should be at least less harmful in the long term.
