Only some local areas did like the city of St. Petersburg. There was never a nationwide "enforcement" or mandate (for some industries) like for example Germany AFAIK.
Also, Russia's Covid Vax isn't mRNA junk like Pfizer's. Although I do not think its more effective, it should be at least less harmful in the long term.

There wasn't an official enforcement, but many government workers were coerced into getting the vax.
