This has been happening since the 80s (maybe earlier). Nice to finally see a bit of legal pushback only 40 years too late.
Of course marxist race hustlers have no principles but either Brown vs board of ed was decided wrongly OR every piece of legislation and policy by a government supported organization that acknowledges race violates equal protection.
Every single "diversity statement" and "inclusion policty" needs to be made actionable so that every university and woke corporation is bled dry.
IIRC my father, when he was looking for work in the early 90s, was told he would be looked over in favor of minorities because he is white. And this wasn't for some big corporate job, just basic work. So yeah... Nothing new.
I doubt it will go anywhere, is hard to prove he was fired because they wanted diversity, especially in a court that is supporting towards affirmative action.
I used to work for IBM and everyone knew that if you are white male in your 50s you will most likely get fired when ever the company wanted to cut cost. Looking back it is so strange how everyone knew this was happening and everyone accepted it as normal. Maybe because my team was comprised mostly of young people and it did not affect us directly.
Ha. It goes right straight back as far as the building of the CPR, when its masters chose to import buttloads of Chinese rather than Irish, because they could get away with paying the chinks a lot less than they thought they would have to pay the micks (or even the injuns.)
This is what a pushback looks like. Hope that more cases like this will follow in the next years, but it takes true courage to do this. This men and women have my respect for this.

I don't think he will win this. Court will use it to smack such claims down forever.
Please tell me they at least kept the Jews?
Minorities bring to employers up to $15K in tax credits per employee per year.
They may just mean the department was running over budget. Of course as it reads, the sentence is peak irony.
Finance probably owns responsibility for all of the company’s investing activity
Hiring brownies makes you higher on the ESG totem pole. You get literal free money if you exclude Whites.
"Your honor, white labor is just too expensive, so we had to get rid of them and take in some more browns."
"Please stop."
One of the first times I saw the media capitalize White.
Bleed them dry and make precedent. I know it won't, but a man can dream.
