Lmao. Yep. That was a my thought as well. I honestly don't believe a pet adoption form is notarized which would be perjury not fraud. And if she did sue for fraud what are her damages? Nothing.

Nothing. She has no damages. Fraud is only an action if the person profits from it. If anything a dog is a long term lost financially.
