So, after many years warning children not to get into vans with strangers offering candy, the plan now is to offer the "candy" to the strangers in the vans instead?

It would not matter to them. There is nothing in their 'principles' that prevents them from promoting actual rapists as their latest victim group.
It certainly didn't stop them making a martyr out of Joseph "Jojo" Rosenbaum.
They're only doing this because they want a real campus rape crisis to blame the white patriarchy for.
The fact that the perpetrators will be mostly black won't matter. White patriarchy made them do it.
