Zero. She lived around zero black people.
Even though I didn't enjoy it at the time, I'm thankful that I attended a majority black high school for my sophomore year. Had it not been for that experience, I might be blaming systemic racism for the black community's lack of success.
I probably would have figured it all out eventually, but that experience made it impossible to blind myself to the reality of the situation which is that black people have no one but themselves to blame.
What drives me nuts is that someone like Larry Elder who talks about the importance of fathers in the home and tells black ppl to stop blaming whites and look at themselves is seen as an Uncle Tom.
I once heard Thomas Sowell attacked for “telling white ppl what they want to hear”. But you are right. Once you see the irresponsible behavior and bad habits up close you know it’s not systemic racism or whatever the latest victim card is. Just annoys me how black ppl who see this and call it out get attacked.
the dem propoganda is so encompassing, that it can get them both reliant on govt subsidies, and also blaming general whites for the problems. The politicians get away scott free.

My neighbor recently told me about going to high school in DC maybe 30 years ago.
His parents were moving around a lot and he got into this school on a scholarship so they sent him to DC for the year.
The school was all blacks except for him. He got jumped on the first day by a bunch of them. They stopped going after him because he was scouted for a bunch of the sports programs and they saw a use for him.
He's not overtly racist now, but he sure doesn't hold back when blacks in our building do something stupid, like most white liberals around here would.
Honestly, it's like we're living through the 20th century all over again. The Progressives did this back in the day with "Negrophillia" where they just kept pushing weird tropes of black people as a race of entertainment for their own amusement, while calling themselves good people for objectifying them in this way.
Blacks in America started undoing all the work people like Booker T Washington did while embracing the Black National Socialism that WEB Du Bouis was pushing (even if he wouldn't have called it that at the time).
