Looking at Steam's recently released page, the newest game on there (released two days ago) has that note as well. Acquitted isn't showing up in the results, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now that it might be due to recency because no more recent games show up.

I'm seeing nine right now, all positive. Since you have to actually buy the game and play at least 5 minutes maybe the nutjobs are just too lazy.
