Amazing how this happens on the same day record inflation numbers are posted, the same day the Lt Gov of NY is taken down in a bribery/corruption scandal, a day after Biden mandates new gun control orders, and all the cameras in the subway station were not operating.

I double-checked, and as of yet, it sounds like they might have been partially functional.

NYPD officials say the cameras at the turnstiles and on the platforms at the 25th, 36th and 45th St. stations were not transmitting live feeds during the time of the incident, although it’s possible they were recording and investigators could still retrieve footage.
