The civil rights act was poorly worded. Just as Thomas Sowell noted, restrictions on the government to discriminate would ultimately lead to economics of non discrimination to win over. Most companies would rather mix passengers to fill more space then lose potential revenue. If we had restricted only governments ability to discriminate we wouldn’t have had this mass hiding behind “protected classes”.
Were they, or are we just misreading their intent? Will we ever really know?
economics of non discrimination to win over
The economics are "winning" now. They have enriched a financial elite that loves grooming children so that's what we are getting. It won't stop until these elites no longer have the wealth and the power that they do.
It used to be, 15 years ago, that they were pricey but very good quality. But about since Steve Jobs went, they've remained expensive but turned to utter junk, that breaks as soon as you look at it, and to add insult to injury they go out of their way to stop you from repairing it.
That this point, you oughtn't buy anything. Every manufacturing (over exaggeration, of course) and "food" production company is anti- straight, white male in some form or another.
Just say its for the environment. A 25% recycle fee in apple products because it has to be safely disposed of. Kinda like a car battery. Car batteries usually have a recycle fee tacked onto it.
A Christian not baking a cake is a hate crime but a gay guy using one of the richest corporations on Earth to force pro-gay legislation is ok?

Fuck them even before politics enters into it.

This isn't about financial incentives. This is about adherence to their religious orthodoxy.
Until you understand that this is a spiritual war you will continue to lose by fighting on the wrong battlefields.
they are adherents of a godless ideology, what do you want.
You are naive and you are wrong.
This is a spiritual matter and the spiritual is always more important than the material.
If you refuse to understand this truth then you should stop speaking.
this so-called 'religion' can only be a satanic one, which only idolizes matter.
just the progressive train chugging down the tracks
get mad. no one cares. you are not getting off this train. you do not have the ability or willpower to do so.
Imagine how much dirt they have on every politician wandering around with an iPhone clutched in their evil claws?
This is them asking nicely. I imagine the behind the scenes "let us diddle kids or else" lobbying is going to be off the hook.
Corporatocracy is one of the latest stages of Fascism.
The US "left", self proclaimed antifascist is quick to embrace corporatocracy to enforce their cultural world view, overriding the will of The People.
if companies also get involved in politics, the end is near.
You mean, like, MORE involved or are you proclaiming that the end is near 60 years ago?
I think it’s time to enact higher sales taxes on expensive smartphones and laptops.
They’re just luxury goods after all.
